ASA Fan Picks is an interactive prediction game offered by the Archery Shooters Association ("ASA") that allows participants to make predictions related to designated ASA events. Participants may predict event outcomes, answer event-related questions, and compare their results with other users through leaderboards and other features available within the app.
Participation in ASA Fan Picks is voluntary and subject to these Official Rules & Terms of Participation.
ASA Fan Picks may be made available to the public before its official release for testing and evaluation purposes.
During any announced Beta Testing Period:
Participation during beta is intended solely to help improve the application prior to its official release.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion, participation is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements published by ASA for that promotion.
Certain prize promotions may be limited by age, residency, or other legal requirements.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
Unless specifically stated for an individual promotion, purchasing products, memberships, or services will not improve a participant's chances of winning.
Participants may submit predictions only through the official ASA Fan Picks application or website.
Each prediction must be submitted before the published deadline.
Once a prediction period closes, entries cannot be changed.
Predictions are scored using official ASA event results.
ASA reserves the right to correct scoring errors, update standings, or resolve technical issues that affect scoring.
All scoring decisions made by ASA are final.
Leaderboards are intended for entertainment and community engagement.
Displayed rankings may change as official event results become available or scoring corrections are applied.
When prize promotions are offered, eligible participants will compete according to the scoring system published for that promotion.
Prize values, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and winner selection procedures will be announced within the applicable promotion.
Additional rules may apply to individual contests.
Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility and comply with all applicable rules before receiving a prize.
Failure to respond within the stated timeframe or provide requested information may result in forfeiture of the prize.
ASA reserves the right to remove participants or void entries for conduct including, but not limited to:
ASA is not responsible for interrupted service, internet outages, device failures, software errors, or other technical issues that may affect participation.
ASA may suspend, modify, or restart contests if technical issues materially affect the integrity of the game.
ASA reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any portion of ASA Fan Picks at any time if necessary to protect the integrity of the application or comply with applicable laws.
Information collected through ASA Fan Picks will be handled in accordance with ASA's Privacy Policy.
By participating, users agree that ASA and its officers, directors, employees, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
These Official Rules & Terms of Participation shall be governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Georgia unless otherwise required by law.
